This Novoferm hand-held transmitter Novotron 512 Mix 43-2 with a frequency of 433 MHz is a 2-channel hand-held transmitter. This means that the garage door handle has 2 buttons and can therefore control either two doors or two functions. For example, one of the function buttons could open and close the door and the second button could control the drive light individually. Which functions can be controlled on your door depends on the design and age of your drive and can be found in the drive instructions. The Novotron 512 design hand-held transmitter is suitable as a replacement for the similar models in blue or black. The radio signal is sent at a frequency of 433 MHz and encrypted using the so-called Keeloq alternating code process, which means that the replacement hand-held transmitter Novotron 512 MIX43-2 is only suitable for door drives and radio receivers with the same radio frequency and encryption. The rolling code encryption prevents unauthorized persons from intercepting and copying your radio signal, because the radio code changes with each transmission. For this reason, all new hand-held transmitters must be programmed directly into the motor or drive and cannot simply be programmed using an existing remote control.
