2.1. What products does Tormeister24 offer?
We offer a wide range of garage door operators, industrial door controls, smart home solutions and spare parts such as springs, rollers and controls. Our highlights include the High-Line and Select-Line door operators as well as accessories for smart home integration.
2.2. How do I find the right spare part for my gate?
Use our detailed product descriptions and technical data on the respective product pages. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service, who will be happy to help you choose the right spare part.
2.3. Can I change or cancel an order later?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
The garage doors are made to measure by us; changes or cancellations are not possible after the order has been placed.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country
3.2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver to selected European countries. Shipping to islands is excluded. Please check availability and specific delivery conditions on our website.
3.3. How long does delivery take?
The standard delivery time is usually 1-8 working days. For custom-made items, such as garage doors, the delivery time can be up to 4-5 weeks.
4. Returns & Warranty
4.1. How can I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please use the return form included with your order and send the item to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4.2. What guarantee do you offer on your products?

7. Smart Home & Automation
7.1. Can I integrate my garage door into my smart home?
Yes, with our Smart Home compatible garage door openers you can control your doors via the myQ app . This allows remote control, monitoring and notification in real time.
7.2. How does the control work via the myQ app?
The myQ app allows you to control your garage door anytime, anywhere. You can also grant access rights to up to five guest users and receive notifications about the status of your garage door.
